In executive interviews, experience alone is not enough. The candidate who tells the clearest, most compelling story usually wins the offer.
You have a track record of leadership and results. Choose the right level of detail so the interviewer quickly understands the value you bring, without losing the story.
Without a clear structure, even strong answers can become too long, hard to follow, or easy to forget. Clear, concise, memorable answers require planning and practice.
If you do not deliberately frame your executive brand, interviewers fill in the gaps themselves. You need to shape the impression they leave with and connect it to the role.
A custom executive intro and tailored interview stories sharpen your message. Live practice helps you pressure-test, refine, and deliver those answers with confidence.

Your mock interview is a safe, practical environment to practice your stories, get direct feedback, and improve your responses in real time.
The session is typically run as a behavioral interview based on your target job description. In most cases, we ask one or two questions at a time, then pause to debrief what worked well and what could be stronger before moving on.
Mock interviews can also be adapted for case study presentations, where you present and receive feedback, or for panel interview preparation.
Your interview messaging includes two core components:
1) Executive Introduction Story
This is a 45 to 90 second introduction that positions your background in line with the role you are pursuing. It is a clear, concise, and relevant way to explain who you are, what you have accomplished, and why you are a strong fit for the job.
You would typically use this at the beginning of the interview when you are asked a version of “Tell me about yourself.” While it may seem simple, this is one of the most important parts of the interview. In our experience, many strong candidates underperform because they do not frame their experience effectively from the start. If your introduction does not land well, you may spend the rest of the interview trying to recover.
2) Interview Proof Stories
These are stories about specific accomplishments from your career, written in the STAR format: Situation, Task, Action, Result. This is one of the most effective structures for answering behavioral interview questions, and many companies, including Amazon, explicitly use STAR-based interviewing.
Once you purchase the "Core" or "Core Plus" package above, we'll collect the raw materials about your background so that we can craft your stories.
Your Interview Proof Stories are designed to make your examples clear, concise, relevant, and memorable so you can speak with more confidence and make a stronger case for your candidacy.
We have supported executives across all major industries and corporate functions.
Our clients have come from industries including healthcare, technology, nonprofit, consumer goods, retail, financial services, utilities, government, pharmaceuticals, biotech, consulting, SaaS, media, entertainment, manufacturing, telecommunications, and professional services.
We also support leaders across a wide range of functions, including technology, operations, marketing, sales, supply chain, human resources, finance, strategy, product, customer success, transformation, program management, and general management.
Even when a role is highly specific, the core challenge is usually the same: positioning your experience in a way that is relevant, credible, and compelling for the opportunity in front of you. We know how to identify the themes that matter in your target role, translate your background into that language, and help you tell stories that resonate with executive interviewers.
Many of our clients come to us with questions like:
How do I condense 10 to 30 years of experience into a simple, clear narrative?
How do I answer questions at a more strategic level and show stronger executive presence?
How do I handle difficult questions about gaps, pivots, layoffs, or other sensitive parts of my background?
How do I differentiate myself from a large pool of highly qualified applicants?
How do I position my military experience?
How do I position my experience from a different industry to this job?
We help by turning broad, complex experience into clear interview messaging that is concise, relevant, and persuasive. That includes helping you frame your background at the right level, strengthen your stories, prepare for difficult questions, and communicate the value you bring in a way that feels credible and memorable. The goal is not just to give better answers, but to make a stronger overall case for why you are the right leader for the role.
